When I order from acsjava, I usually get the "staple" kups, and then I'll mix up the rest of the order to try something new. Timothy's Italian Blend was quite authentic; smooth and sweet as mentioned in the description, but not over-powering on any one taste. I found this to be a great morning cup; the perfect pick-me-up without the any of the bitterness usually associated with it.
